• Operate as a lead point of contact for all specific matters

• Sell SuperSurfaces’ design solutions by establishing contact and relationships with prospects.
• Maintain healthy relationships with clients and channel partners.
• Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Participate in conferences on behalf of the company.
• Gather feedback from customers and share with internal project and finance teams.

• Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company’s reputation
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to end
• Identify weaknesses in existing marketing campaigns and develop pragmatic solutions within budgetary constraints
• Works with marketing staff and leadership team to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
• Interview, hire, and train the marketing staff members
• Work with executives to incorporate marketing needs into overall company planning and strategy

•Understand and appreciate brand and advertising design, and have a pro-active & flexible approach while working in a team
